QA/QC Introduction
Our QC system is based on ISO9002 total quality standards. All quality control personnel undergo regular training and examinations, and receive certificates of qualification when achieving new skill levels.The QC team is equipped with light- and sound-isolated testing facilities. Semi-finished products are tested with an oscillator, and finished products with special water-tightness testing apparatus.

Description:The LTW-01N watch waterproof testing apparatus is a high precision meter that uses computer and sensor technology to test the water-tightness of finished watches and watch casing on the basis of international standards. It conducts the test by putting the watch under high pressure, and then measuring the space volume occupied and the air flow rate entering the casing. Thereby, on the basis of the preset standard, the watch is judged as having fast leakage, slow leakage or slight leakage, with the corresponding leakage curves and test data displayed.
